No, Sirens do not exist. It’s not that only 5% of the ocean has been explored, it’s that 5% has been mapped with a certain resolution. There’s a fair amount of violence in it, mostly at the hands of the main character, Ryn, who comes ashore in desperate search of her companion.
Is Siren a bad game?
The positive in Siren outweighs the negative, and for players willing to give the storyline and weaker gameplay elements a chance there’s one hell of a ride in store for them. Despite its unique approach though, the game is also very frustrating, and at times, feels more like work than like fun. Ive never had to usr a guide to such extent as with the first Siren game. It becomes frustrating at one point. But overall amazing story and great experience. The Siren series is definitely challenging, particularly Siren and Siren 2 on Hard difficulty.
