Is Nioh 1 and 2 on PC?
You can easily get 1080p, 144hz on a decent PC. I play Nioh 2 on high settings with an 8th Gen i5 and 1650 super. Runs just fine on my 6 year old computer with a Ryzen 1700X + RX580 at 1920×1080 with most graphic settings turned up to high. For Nioh 1 the advised mode is 4k or Ps5, both run at almost consistent 60 fps. For Nioh 2 the Ps5 mode definitely, runs at consistent 60 fps and looks really crisp. Vrr definitely helps, but it’s far from perfect.

Is Nioh 1 harder than Dark Souls 3?
In terms of the combat system, Nioh is harder than Dark Souls III. The variety of weapons, stances, and the combination of Remnant and Ninety-Nine weapons, along with equipment stats, make the combat experience in Nioh significantly more difficult than in Dark Souls III. They’re not comparable. So it boils down to what type of game you want more. Nioh has builds, loot, a lot of moves and Sekiro has fewer mechanics but the whole game is built around those few mechanics (parry/deflect) giving it a more focused experience.
