Vessel General Permit (VGP) Testing. On 19 December 2013, the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued the revised Vessel General Permit (VGP). This regulation applies to merchant vessels of 79 feet or longer operating in U. S. U. S. Coast Guard.In general, the VGP will apply to any commercial, non-fishing vessel greater than 79 feet in length, regardless of flag, trading within 3 nm of the uS baseline.The Vessel General Permit (VGP) applies to discharges incidental to the normal operation of all non-recreational, non-military vessels of 79 feet or greater in length which discharge in waters of the United States.

When was VGP opened?
The VGP Golden Beach Resort opened in 1975, one of the earliest theme parks in South India; it was named for the founder V. G. Panneerdas.
