Was the Tekken movie good?
Looking to avenge the death of his mother at the hands of the Tekken group, Jin (Foo) fights his way to the tournament. I was very surprised at how much I enjoyed this movie. Very, very entertaining with very good fighting scenes. It also stayed very close to the video game, complete with the pick-a-fighter sections. Jin learned about his father when he was a teenager . Plus with both of them having the devil Gene that’s where the tension starts. Kazuya never abandoned Jun & Jin, He didn’t know who Jin was until Tekken 4 & was looking for his other half of the devil Gene.Kazuya is a deadbeat dad and is actively trying to murder him. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out why Jin isn’t very fond of him. I mean, Jin did the same thing. He started a world war that killed millions of people so that he could rid himself of the Devil Gene and it didn’t even work.Jin in his Angel form was able to cover half of planet with his blows when he fought with True Devil Kazuya. Angel Jin has good counter against True Devil Kazuya because of Kazama powers, is slightly stronger devil and slightly better fighter so he is truly indeed strongest character in Tekken.Jin in his Angel form was able to cover half of planet with his blows when he fought with True Devil Kazuya. It was directed by Dwight Little from a screenplay by Alan B. McElroy. Tekken 8 is beginners friendly but you will need fundamental Tekken and small Tekken to be good.Graphically, the game is better than the original Tekken, but I wouldn’t call them great graphics even for the time. They are certainly blocky in terms of how the polygons look. But ironically, that kind of adds to the atmosphere in a way. As an example, this game is the most terrifying Kuma ever looked.I think T8 is a solid fighting game but my main two criticisms are; it’s trying too hard to be something that it’s not – and never was. The core fighting experience is still Tekken albeit with the added layers but I suspect in this latest iteration, it’s become detrimental to the franchise.Tekken (Japanese: 鉄拳 てっけん ; ‘Iron Fist’) is a Japanese media franchise centred on a series of fighting games developed and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment (formerly Namco). Is the Tekken 2 movie good?
I am an avid Tekken player, and I too loved the story line of the games. This movie had nothing to do with the games, and it was just a waste of time. I barely made it through. The first live action movie they made wasn’t great either, but it had a lot more to offer than this did.
