Was Cuphead made in the 1930s?
The indie video game, Cuphead debuted in 2017, which it takes an inspiration of classic cartoons of the 1930s, mainly from Max Fleischer and Walt Disney, but let’s imagine, for this one, if Cuphead was REALLY made in the 1930s, long before video games. The character that became Cuphead descended from a 1936 Japanese propaganda animated film featuring a character with a teacup for a head. The Moldenhauers emulated the animation because they found it strange, and right away it stuck.
