Did Skylanders ever release on PC?
The only released pc port of any skylanders games is the first one SSA. It’s expensive but if you find it you will need a non Xbox portal. The other way to just to emulate them using dolphin or ps3 emulator. You will need a portal as well. First search for dolphin emulator and download the app. When the app is open, go to tools and press emulated USB devices and press Skylanders. You can then select any Skylander to play as and start playing.
