Is Battle Royale 2000 a good movie?
Battle Royale is simply an awesome movie about one of the most hypothetically traumatic things that could ever happen to teenagers. For those that don’t know, the film focuses on what happens when a group of high school students are sent to an abandoned island to kill each other. Battle Royale (Japanese: バトル・ロワイアル , Hepburn: Batoru Rowaiaru) is a Japanese manga series written by Koushun Takami and illustrated by Masayuki Taguchi. It is based on Takami’s novel of the same name, telling the story of a class of junior high school children who are forced to fight each other to the death.
