Sadly, nobody will ever play this game, since it’s been delisted from digital storefronts by Activision due to their licensing deal with Hasbro expiring and not renewing it. Physical copies for Transformers Devastation are hard to come by too. Transformers: Devastation II is the sequel to Transformers: Devastation, published by Activision and developed by Platinum Games.

What others have stated is correct. When activision lost the license for hasbro ip based games, all those games and dlc were removed from all platforms. If you owned it, you could redownload it. But no more purchasing. Later, following the expiration of the licensing deal between Activision and Hasbro, the game title was delisted from digital storefronts.
