Why was Stadia shut down?
On september 29, 2022, google announced that it would shut down stadia, citing its lack of traction with users. Google stadia could have been an amazing product. Sadly, it failed because of a lack of games, a confusing pricing model and strong competition. A classic example of a over-promised product that under delivered.
