Who is the villain in PAW Patrol 3?
Mayor Humdinger is the main antagonist of the Nick Jr. PAW Patrol and its films. As the mayor of Foggy Bottom, the neighboring town to Adventure Bay, Mayor Humdinger is the main “bad guy” in the PAW Patrol series. He’s not a fan of the pups, and while he’s often causing mischief, it’s usually the PAW Patrol who has to bail him out.
