Where can I play Pac-Man Party Royale?
Pac-Man Party Royale is the first Pac-Man and Bandai Namco game to be released exclusively for Apple platforms via the Apple Arcade subscription service. PAC-MAN MUSEUM+ is coming to PlayStation®4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PCs via STEAM® and Windows PC (supports Xbox Play Anywhere), and playable on day one with Xbox Game Pass on May 27th, 2022. The game will also be compatible with PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
How to play Pac-Man in Battle Royale?
Each player controls a differently coloured Pac-Man character (yellow, pink, blue and red); a single player faces one computer-controlled Pac-Man opponent. The players move throughout a maze, avoiding ghosts and attempting to eat dots and power pellets scattered throughout. According to Toru Iwatani, the creator of Pac-Man, Pac-Man was designed to never have an ending. Level 256 the screen splits and a bug corrupts the right half of the screen displaying random symbols and dots. Due to the bug, Pac-Man cannot eat enough cookies to beat the level, thus causing the game to end at Level 256.In the original Pac-Man, an integer overflow caused by limitations of the original game’s hardware causes the 256th round of the game to initiate a glitch where the right side of the game screen becomes corrupted, making the round impossible to complete under normal circumstances.
