When can you play multiplayer in Monster Hunter?
By becoming Hunter Friends, you can enjoy multiplayer with users on other platforms. Note: You must progress through the story up to a certain point to unlock multiplayer features. How to play multiplayer with your Hunter Friend: Become Hunter Friends with the player you wish to play with. To play in multiplayer mode, you can join a lobby as long as you are not in the middle of a quest. When can I play with friends in Monster Hunter Rise?
To play with others, you’ll need to accept the Hub Quests at the quest counter in the Gathering Hub or Elgado Outpost. To join a quest that another hunter in your Lobby has accepted, go to the Quest Board. Select the quest you would like to join from Join Hub Quest. Note: Join Hub Quest is only available while you are online. Press once you’ve joined a quest, or press at the quest gate to signal that you’re ready, and then wait.
