What’s the difference between The Last of Us Part 1 and remastered?

There are two great reasons to upgrade to The Last of Us Part II Remastered. A new roguelike mode and some very cool behind-the-scenes features turn this into an excellent special edition of the game for the PS5. Is Last of Us Part 1 remastered worth it?
On its own merits, The Last of Us is what I would consider essential playing for most gamers, and as such this is the best version of the core game available and absolutely worth taking for a spin if you are new to the series, but then there is the fact that this release contains less content than the previous remaster . Ellie was only 14 years old when she set off with Joel to Salt Lake City in 2023, and 19 when her father figure gets killed on January 1, 2029. In comparison, Ellie was also 19 for the majority of events depicted in The Last of Us Part II game.As you can see, you can easily play The Last of Us 2 without knowing the first part. You also have plenty of ways to make up the storyline without playing. TLoU Part II Remaster (in both versions) proves the developers took the players’ feedback to heart to release a truly finished game on each of the two launch dates. Value wise definitely the remaster as it’s way cheaper and basically the same game with not so bad graphics and multiplayer. The Remaster is my favorite also, graphics, minor touch ups, and overall visual gaming experience is better. Part 2 adds even more with being able to Prone enemies, and dodge attacks.Part I is superior in every respect. It’s also good that it achieves visual parity with Part II. If you play on PS5, TLOU Part I is definitely way better. Remastered is better played on PS4.

Remaster = The same game but slightly improved, usually with better options.In gaming, a remaster is a revamped version of a game, distinguished by improved graphics, sound quality or definition. The rules and mechanics of the game usually remain unchanged from the original, so that the game retains its character, but is adapted to modern times.Brings games to a new generation, and a new audience in general that didn’t buy it the first time around. Lots of games can still get tons of value (both financial and entertainment) with a remaster, and moving it to a modern medium can help to preserve the game better going forward.I’m still calling it Combat Evolved. A remaster is taking the existing game and improving performance/Resolution/updating textures in some cases. A remake is a from-the- ground-up reimagining of the game with a new, more modern feel.
