What’s better, Skyrim or Elden Ring?
They’re both masterpieces. I’d say, if you like roaming and feeling like you’re a part of the world, then go with skyrim . Elden ring is an incredible experience and some of the best open world combat and encounters, but skyrim has “more” to it. You can go on quests, factions, get companions, buy houses, etc. skyrim‘s combat is way more accessible compared to elden ring, and is less skill-dependent. Elden ring was many people’s first, once you’ve played any of them, you learn transferable skills for all of them. Its the most challenging, not the most difficult. Been a while but IIRC the lawsuit was based around one man’s ridiculous belief that the devs of Elden Ring were hiding an entirely different game beneath the surface of Elden Ring. He believed it was already there, we just couldn’t access it. Not the DLC. Like a whole other game.IMO Elden Ring is still an incredible experience in 2025, and with the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC expanding the world even further, there’s never been a better time to dive in (or return). The community is thriving with new challenge runs and hidden secrets still being uncovered.
Can you get 99 in every stat in Elden Ring?
The hard-cap for all Stats is 99: you are unable to level a Stat past that level, and it is not possible to exceed 99 through equipment or buffs. There’s a cap at 60. I forget the numbers, but 50-60 gets you a lot of vigor and 60-70 gets you only about 10% of that or something, so everyone says there’s a hard cap at 60.
