What is lemmings’ real name?
Just came across this amazing new YouTube video by JmanCurly where he interviews Kerestell Smith (aka Lemming), the creator of Gorilla Tag, and it’s genuinely one of the best VR discussions I’ve heard in a while. With over 12 million players, Gorilla Tag is still the #1 most popular game in VR—and the best place to find other monke to play with.
Where can I find lemmings?
Lemmings live throughout temperate and polar regions of North America and Eurasia, inhabiting steppes and semideserts, treeless alpine or arctic tundra, sphagnum bogs, coniferous forests, and sagebrush-covered slopes, where they are solitary and generally intolerant of one another. As you might know, lemmings are adorable little rodents that are typically found in or near the Arctic tundra. They are usually around 6 inches in length, with a cute stubby tail, soft fur, and the appealing little face that is characteristic of some of our most cherished herbivores (like the Easter bunny). The Norway lemming (Lemmus lemmus), the only vertebrate species endemic to Fennoscandia—the icy domain that stretches from the rugged west coast of Norway to the windswept Kola Peninsula of Russia. These hardy rodents thrive in tundra and alpine landscapes, favoring moist habitats like bogs, fells, and marshes.
What is the lemming game?
Lemmings: Puzzle Strategy With no concept of danger, these adorable little critters will merrily walk off cliffs and blunder into traps. It’s up to you to guide them safely to the exit point. Lemmings that fall on top of a blocker will walk past it going their original direction. A blocker can revert to a walker if the ground beneath it is removed. More often, they are removed using a bomber, or nuked at the end of the level.
