In Balkan folklore, a dhampir (Albanian pronunciation: [ðamˈpir]) is a mythical creature that is the result of a union between a vampire and a human. In contrast to vampires, dhampirs do not need to drink blood in order to survive and can thus live off of human food. If a dhampir chooses to survive of off food, they must consume large amounts in order to match the strength of a dhampir who lives off of blood.

A female vampire. They are undead. Because menstruation depends on bodily processes that require a biologically active body, like hormonal changes and the shedding of the uterine lining, the assumption would seem to be that female vampires cannot menstruate.
