Valkyrie is the first ever confirmed lesbian character in the Apex games. In one of her intro quotes she’ll say I like my women like I like my sake, cool, filtered, and on someone else tab, Suggesting that she is a lesbian indeed. She states in one of her intro quips that she’s a man eater and a lady killer. She has had ex-lovers in the past, and is currently in a relationship with Valkyrie, one of the legends.Valkyrie is bisexual. In the comics’ The Fearless Defenders series, Valkyrie is clearly bisexual and has a relationship with the female anthropologist Annabelle Riggs.

Gibraltar – Gay Gibraltar was the very first Apex Legend confirmed to be part of the LGBTQIA community. One of its characters, Bloodhound, identifies as nonbinary. Another character named Gibraltar is a gay man. Both of these characters’ identities play a massive role in their lore. Bloodhound was raised by their uncle who taught them to embrace and learn from nature.

So you’ve probably already seen The Old Ways cinematic short, since it’s march now. If you have seen that, you’ll know that Bloodhound is genetically a girl. However, they identify as non-binary, which is basically all there is. The second LGBT Legend is Bloodhound, who is non-binary and uses they/them pronouns. While the pronouns were spotted in their biography many players asked for clarification. Allegra Clark, Bloodhound’s voice actress, took to Twitter to talk about the subject and why using the correct pronouns matters.Since new FuseHound content has graced us in game, reminder: Bloodhound is non-binary, the proper pronouns are they/them. BH is voiced by a ciswoman, but her voice was intentionally altered to be gender neutral both in game and in Stories from the Outlands.
