In Cyberpunk 2077’s 60fps performance mode though, there are differences. In three of the four benchmarks, PS5, Xbox Series X and Series S are quite closely matched – with just the sense that the Series X isn’t quite as solid with its lock to 60fps. The base PS5 averages around 35 frames per second. In comparison, the Xbox Series X version appears to do nothing. We all know of the cyberpunk debacle and how the game is a mess on base Xbox one and PS4 and from someone who mainly played the base ps4 version I can tell you playing this on the Xbox series x is a huge game changer for it the game runs at a smooth 60fps and I’ve rarely ran into any major glitches in my 30 hours on . Anyway, I’m glad that Cyberpunk is in such a sound playable state now, and I’m glad that it has an amazing paid expansion. Its core RPG systems are so good, much better than they were at launch, and arguably much better than current alternatives you could play like Starfield.
