Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas There’s never going to be a time when this game isn’t no. GTA grand scheme. That’s what makes GTA San Andreas the undisputed hardest game in the franchise to fully complete. Overall, there are significant challenges in completing each of these Grand Theft Auto games to 100%, but San Andreas takes the cake, as it includes every challenge from the other games and then some.Vice city has better vehicles and a better soundtrack. More colorful, more flamboyant characters and Tommy is a maniac. Gameplay is marginally better in vice city but pretty much only slight improvements in combat and running mechanics.Best Story: GTA IV Best music: Vice City Best replay value: San Andreas Best Multiplayer: GTA V Pound for pound best game at the time of it’s release? It’s a toss up between Vice City and San Andreas for me personally.
