Is Genshin Impact 30 GB?
Genshin is lightweight, compared to modern console and PC games (but maybe not compared to mobile games). AAA titles seem to routinely get into 80 or 90 GB, and apparently GTAVI when it comes out will be 200 GB at launch. So, yeah, 30 GB is normal. GB: This is enough for light gaming and moderate multitasking. GB: Great for doing a lot of things at once, playing advanced games, and making professional-level content. GB: This is the best size for big games, professional video editing, 3D rendering, and other hard tasks. For genshin though 8 gb would suffice, except if you want to stream while playing, you will need at least 16 gb to run other apps while playing. To add, get at least 16gb RAM, you’ll quickly run out of memory especially if you like to multi-task. Games will stutter a lot less if you have more system memory.Generally, we recommend 8GB of RAM for casual computer usage and internet browsing, 16GB for spreadsheets and other office programs, and at least 32GB for gamers and multimedia creators. How you use your computer influences how much RAM you need, so use this as a guideline. If you’re serious about gaming, prioritize devices with at least 8GB of RAM, a capable GPU, and fast storage. But for light gaming on a tight budget, 2GB can be an acceptable entry point when expectations are aligned. Consider cloud streaming when possible to offload processing. If you mean PC, you probably need around 150-220GB+ to ensure that there is space for future expansions; if you mean mobile, we are probably looking at 80-100GB+.Genshin Impact 5. Android: Approximately 1. GB. Assets are not the same on mobile and PC, PC have higher resolution, so take more space. And 80 Gb is not particular high for an open world of the size of Genshin for modern game.Genshin Impact’s sprawling open world is built on richly detailed environments, high-poly character models, and 4K-ready textures that translate into large file sizes. PC players need a minimum of 70 GB+ for the base installation, solely to house these assets. Therefore, a 64GB storage device such as an SD card or USB drive should be sufficient to install and run Genshin Impact. However, it’s worth noting that having additional storage space can be beneficial if you plan on installing other games or software on the same device.
