Cloud playable game included with Xbox Game Pass Premium and Ultimate. Game purchase required to stream with Xbox Game Pass Essential. You can use cloud gaming for the original 3 games and gears of war judgment if you have game pass ultimate. PC copy on disc, a games for windows live(GFWL) copy and install that. Keep in mind it is a completely separate version from xbox.You can’t unless you emulate xbox 360. Pc only got gears of war, gears of war ultimate edition, gears of war 4 and gears 5 and gears tactics so 2 and 3 and judgment are the only ones missing. Get a series S/X and gamepass they are all on there.
