Is Forbidden Siren 2 connected to 1?
Forbidden Siren 2, known in Japan as Siren 2 (サイレン２, Sairen Tsū), is a stealth-based survival horror video game and the sequel to the 2003 game Forbidden Siren. While Siren 1 is tough and may not be everybody’s cup of tea, Siren 2 on the other hand is a timeless classic! I cannot even begin to describe the intricate story and the unique gameplay style. What kills a Siren?
Invulnerability – Sirens cannot be harmed by conventional means of killing, but they can be killed by a bronze dagger coated in the blood of one of its victims. Venom Spit – Sirens can spew out venom from their mouth. Sirens are known for singing enchanting songs to lure sailors to their death. Mermaids are generally good natured. Mermaids are more known for lounging around on beaches and rocks, combing their hair, and singing pretty songs with their pod. Sirens are considered to be evil.
What does a female Siren look like?
The siren was depicted as a half-woman and half-fish mermaid in the 9th century Berne Physiologus, as an early example, but continued to be illustrated with both bird-like parts (wings, clawed feet) and fish-like tail. The siren is a deadly creature, half human, half bird or fish. Early sources say the siren is human (always female) from the head to the navel, and bird from the waist down. Later sources say that the siren is fish from the waist down, like a mermaid. They usually have wings.
