It’s definitely gpu constrained for most people. From what I’ve heard good graphics cards (970-ish) and weaker cpus/memory run the game fine at max but my i5 3570k and 660 ti struggle. My cpu never maxes out but it consistently uses upwards of half of all 4 cores, very evenly distributed too. To run the game at the high graphics settings, and at 1440p resolutions with 60fps framerates, a gaming PC would need at least an Intel Core i5 11th Gen or AMD Ryzen 5 5600 clubbed with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 or an AMD Radeon RX 6800.This is the game basically saying that you would need a GPU with at least 4GB VRAM at 1080P. It is still possible to play the game on high settings with less VRAM than this, as even Rockstar games recommends graphics cards with 2 GB of VRAM.OS: 64-bit Windows 10.
