Following a successful Early Access run with over 1 million copies sold and ‘Very Positive’ user reviews, Dinkum leaves Early Access with new content, features, and a free trial for new players. Dinkum was released on Steam on 23 April 2025, with the full release including an update introducing a Creative Mode that allows free building and removes gameplay restrictions. In September 2025, a Nintendo Switch version was announced at Nintendo Direct for release on 6 November 2025.
