Is Bastion a good game?
In all it’s familiarity the Diabloesque gameplay sucks you in, but it is the beautiful word, the brilliant music, and the genius voice over that keeps you going. Bastion might be a game, but it’s much more a fascinating fairy tale told in real time. Bastion is an action role-playing experience that redefines storytelling in games, with a reactive narrator who marks your every move. Explore more than 40 lush hand-painted environments as you discover the secrets of the Calamity, a surreal catastrophe that shattered the world to pieces.Bastion is rated E10+ for Everyone 10+ by the ESRB with Animated Blood, Fantasy Violence, and Use of Alcohol and Tobacco. This is an action role-playing game in which players assume the role of a young adventurer who must help rebuild his shattered world.Bastion is an indie game that really takes a different perspective on the way an action-RPG is played. What is Bastion weak against?
Bastion can go down relatively quickly when faced with focused fire from the entire enemy team, especially if they have high damage output. Prioritize taking out high damage output enemies as quickly as possible, or retreat. It is widely believed that the reason Bastion was removed from all Game Modes in Overwatch 2 was due to an exploitable glitch with Bastion’s Configuration: Artillery Ultimate ability that allowed players to use more than the three allotted artillery shells in order to spam the Ult over an extremely broad area, making .Tanks like Reinhardt, Wrecking Ball, and Ramattra should be your first choices if a Bastion is ruining your games. Top of the list is Wrecking Ball. Not only has Overwatch 2’s most cuddle tank recently been buffed, but Wrecking Ball’s agility is ideal for countering Bastion.
How many hours of gameplay is Bastion?
When focusing on the main objectives, Bastion is about 6 Hours in length. If you’re a gamer that strives to see all aspects of the game, you are likely to spend around 20½ Hours to obtain 100% completion. Bastion also understands how to keep things moving. The game clocks in at around six hours, which is longer than I expect from most Xbox Live Arcade releases. Is Bastion a difficult game?
This isn’t the most difficult game to play through, but that didn’t matter to me in the slightest. Bastion is an experience through and through. The first thing you’ll notice is the beautiful art style, which is seemingly hand-drawn and includes a plethora of detail. Bastion is an action role-playing game with a level structure. The player character, the Kid, moves through floating, fantasy-themed environments that form paths as the player approaches the edge. Levels consist of a single plane, and are viewed isometrically.
