How many playable factions are in Warhammer 2?

Why can’t I play Mortal Empires Warhammer 2?
You generally don’t download the DLC for these games, owning the DLC just gives you access to it in game. To get Mortal Empires in TW WH2, you need to own WH1. In TW WH3, they got rid of that requirement for Immortal Empires. There you only need to own the other games to unlock certain factions for the player. Warhammer 3 DLC This DLC is free if players own either Blood For the Blood God or Blood for the Blood God II. Likewise, owning this DLC will automatically unlock those other two, if the player doesn’t already own them. Adds 4 new Warriors of Chaos factions with legendary lords, new units and new Regiments of Renown.
