Rpcs3 is your only option if you want to play all uncharted games on pc. Uncharted 1-3 run pretty good on Rpcs3, but you need a beefy PC. Unfortunately no uncharted 1,2 and 3 are not on steam, you can play the uncharted games either on play station 3 or a PS4 or PS5, I know there is a way to emulate the first 3 games on pc. You can literally just start at 2 Go through four and get the entire story from just those three games. Yes Uncharted one is good but it’s in no way comparable to the rest of them.
