Can I put +2 on +4?

Can we throw a +4 on +2 in UNO?
Back in 2019 the official Uno Twitter account confirmed you cannot stack +2 and +4 cards. So you cannot place a +2 on top of a +4 to try and make a player draw six, and it’s illegal to put a +4 on top of another +4 to make someone draw eight. No, the official rules of Uno do not allow you to stack Draw 2 cards or Draw 4 cards. However, most serious Uno players allow rules for stacking draw cards in some form.
Can I draw +2 on +2 in Uno?

You can only play this card when you don’t have a card in your hand that matches the color of the card previously played. If you suspect that a player has played a Wild Draw 4 card illegally, you may challenge them.
Can we stack +5 on +5 in Uno Flip?
Note: I know the new uno flip comes with rules which say for all +1 +2 +5, the next player misses a turn, hence none of them should be stacked, but stacking used to be the fun of playing uno! You can stack a reverse +4 only with a reverse +4.
