The base game is honestly great. The DLCs are good because you can choose them depending on your type of gameplay. For example if you want a booming industry then buy industries, if you care about eco friendly cities, buy green cities. I buy them during steam sales. Remastered is the best version of the game. And yes all the DLC transfers to remastered.Yeah you’ll have all available DLC And the game comes with many improvements and it’s a much better experience! Enjoy!
