Siren 2 – stylized as SIREN2 in Japan, and known as Forbidden Siren2 in the PAL region – is a survival horror video game developed by Project Siren, a development team of Sony’s Japan Studio for the PlayStation 2 and released in Japan, Australasia, and Europe in 2006. While Siren 1 is tough and may not be everybody’s cup of tea, Siren 2 on the other hand is a timeless classic! I cannot even begin to describe the intricate story and the unique gameplay style. Movement was snappier and combat was less stifled while the overall mood of the original game was largely intact with the new cast of characters and a story that played out in a similar fashion to the first game.
