It can be enjoyed by kids, sure, but the story is best handled with slightly mature audiences. There’s a lot of reading and feels, which might only be understood properly by older people. However, it is kid friendly though there is disturbing imagery at certain points. However, parents should note that this is not really a kid-focused game. Behind the cute surface, the game subtly aims its humor and dialogue at adults. It winks at sexual verbiage, heavy drinking, same-sex attractions and darkly abusive relationships.
