Will Dragon Ball Super continue in 2025?
Victory Uchida, editor of V-Jump, has confirmed that the Dragon Ball Super manga will not return in 2025! The manga went on hiatus following the conclusion of the Super Hero arc, after Toriyama’s passing in March 2024. It’s been speculated that the manga had been quietly discontinued in order for the manga author, Toyotaro, to work on the Dragon Ball Super manga. Is Super Dragon Ball Heroes canon?
Nope. Heroes stuff is not canon to the main DBZ/DBS series, or even GT. And the so-called Capsule Corp Goku is literally just the Heroes version of regular DBS Goku (the one with the god forms, as opposed to the one that comes from an alternate GT-type timeline and uses SSj4 and variations on it. The canon is all toriyama’s direct work, or any work he says is canon or part of his original story. DB manga (which includes Z), Dragon Ball Super, and the DB Super Broly movie.
