OG Demon’s Souls and Bloodborne can be emulated (though BB emulator is still WIP, so it can be glitches and other stuff). For DeS remake there is no way to play it on PC and it’s unlikely there will be one in forseeable future, it took several years to make PS4 emulator and make BB work. FromSoftware didn’t make a PC port of the OG Demon’s Souls because they didn’t want to. Heck they didn’t even want to port Dark Souls and look how that came out. There isn’t a PC port of Bloodborne because Sony doesn’t want there to be one. They are the publisher in all regions.
