How many Overwatch characters are LGBTQ?
Overwatch 2 confirms Pharah and Baptiste as LGBTQ+ characters! Overwatch 2 revealed that Pharah is a lesbian and Baptiste is bisexual. They’re now confirmed LGBTQ+ heroes alongside Tracer, Soldier: 76, and Lifeweaver. First, Overwatch features a lot of explicit LGBT and ally representation both among its hero roster and its development team, but second and maybe more importantly, I think Overwatch just features a lot of very fully and authentically realized characters that are less stereotypical than most games.
