Days Gone is an action-adventure survival horror video game developed by SIE Bend Studio and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. Why did Days Gone fail?
According to a number of reports, Sony internally considered Days Gone a failure despite the game’s strong sales. Sony reportedly rejected a sequel to the game due in large part to the game’s difficult, protracted development cycle and mixed critical reception. Check out the Days Gone trailer below! Sadly, there seems to be no sign of us being treated to Days Gone 2 anytime soon but we can all live in hope. However, other than the unlikely Days Gone sequel, Bend Studio had another game in the works but sadly, it seems we’ll never get to see what it was.Bend Studio is working on a new IP. The game had sold 7. February 2022. In 2021, it was reported that the development team had unsuccessfully pitched a sequel to Sony. Retrospectively, Days Gone gained a cult following, coming to be considered one of the most underrated games of all time. The game by 2022 (the Sony leaks that dealt with fiscal year 2021) showed this game sold 7. PS4 units and earned $265 million.
