Is Ni No Kuni for adults?
In a true Studio Ghibli fashion, Ni No Kuni while aimed at a younger audience does a fantastic job of keeping things light and magical, the game truly shines when analysed by adults who can appreciate the darker undertones of loss and the power of a mother’s influence. Not based on an existing licence but the Ni No Kuni games are written and animated by Ghibli studios and scored by Ken Hasaishi. They literally play like Ghibli films.
