Why are 3DS games not on Switch?
The Nintendo Switch has largely replaced the 3DS. Since the Switch functions as both home and portable console, it doesn’t make sense to develop games on older hardware. As such no more games were being developed for the 3DS. Many 3ds games also need to be Remastered and get a graphical upgrade. Otherwise wise straight ports from 3ds to switch will not look good.
