What is Stray the cat game about?
Lost, injured and alone, a stray cat must untangle an ancient mystery to escape a long-forgotten city. Stray is a third-person cat adventure game set amidst the detailed neon-lit alleys of a decaying cybercity and the murky environments of its seedy underbelly. However, as the ending of the game shows, leaving that city comes at a high price. Unlike a lot of modern games, Stray does not have an open-ended final act that lets you keep on playing after the main story has wrapped up. Once the credits roll, the game is well and truly over.Stray has one ending, and it cannot be influenced. Optional quests like collecting all of the Sheet Music, energy drink cans, and even memories won’t give you an additional cutscene or let you change anything. It’s also worth noting that the cat doesn’t die at the end of the game.
