Batman Begins is a well told story of the origin of Bruce Wayne/Batman (Christian Bale). It covers a lot of the same ground as Michael Keaton’s original Batman, but goes much further in depth in many factors of his creation. It goes into great detail about subjects such as how he got his costume, what exactly it is. The film reboots the Batman film series, telling the origin story of Bruce Wayne from the death of his parents to his journey to become Batman and his fight to stop Ra’s al Ghul (Neeson) and the Scarecrow (Murphy) from plunging Gotham City into chaos.It really happened. Bruce Wayne really did fake his death and run off to Italy with Selina Kyle, and Alfred really got closure by spotting him in that same cafe where he had always hoped to see Bruce, alive and well and living a new life, free of Gotham and Batman.

Arkham Knight is objectively the best. Most fans of the series got worn out of the combat system by the time it released but if you can look at each game independently without bias and compare them, Arkham Knight is better, it’s got all the mechanics from the previous games but only builds/improves on them. Severely underrated and under appreciated. Imo Arkham Origins has the best boss fights in the entire Arkham series.

More Fun than Challenging Batman Begins isn’t quite at the same level in terms of challenge. It often uses visual cues to tip you off, while the latter games leave you mostly looking for the objects by yourself. But it makes up for it out of the sheer fun! In the end or in the beginning if you like, Batman Begins is a good game, just falling short of great due to the linearity. EA finally does some justice to the Batman license with this decent if not unspectacular action title that ends up far too linear and repetitive for its own good. One of my favorite movie scenes of all time is the interrogation between Batman and Joker. That being said, Batman Begins is slightly better overall imo.Overall Overall, Batman: The Telltale Series is an above average Point and Click adventure game. I enjoyed a lot about this game but it unfortunately falls a bit short of being the immersive Batman game that they really wanted. Rating – 6/10.
