Why do game devs hate Elden Ring?
FromSoftware’s Elden Ring became the target of outspoken criticism on social media by a few developers from Western developers. Their strongest criticisms were directed at the game’s difficult combat, clunky game user interface, and absence of common features like a quest log. A viral post on X has put the spotlight on a gamer who is suing FromSoftware for a very strange reason. The player claims that FromSoftware’s Elden Ring is hiding a “whole new game” from the players which is hard to access even for dedicated players.
