His telekinesis pupil is always on, glowing a torch red. He also has sharp teeth, with one of them being his signature gold tooth.He is very tough and stoic because either he’s in a bad mood or because of his Autism (He swapped with Papyrus so now Sans is the autistic one), he may come off to be irritable and apathetic but really he is just mentally ill and actually very mature, selfless, dedicated and fatherly.However, one day due to unknown circumstances, Sans starts to remember the resets. This changes him radically, making him kill other monsters just to increase his LV, not sparing even his own brother. After this, Sans stops being lazy and becomes obsessed with killing the human, doing whatever it takes to stop them.Now Sans is the hardest boss in the whole game. You fight him when you do a genocide run, and he inflicts poison damage when you get hit.
