Unlike old CODs, BO3 doesn’t have seperate downlaods for single player, so you have to have everything installed even if you don’t care about campaign or zombies. Mine is 116 GB without multiplayer installed .And yes, the game is that big because it has a lot of large-sized textures. There is a lot of Content in bo3 so that could be the reason. Also the steam workshop miss tale up quite a bit of space depending on the mod. I remember the pirated version (skidrow) has textures compressed which save around tens of GBs.
