Can you get married in Animal Crossing?
When marrying special villagers, there are 24 marriage candidates available, 12 for each gender, same-sex marriage IS an option. Each person who is eligible for marriage will have 10 sets of Hearts, which the player can see Friend List (that Red square on lower screen). Marriage is only available after The Player has reached 10 hearts with a certain marriageable villager.
