Is Siren a difficult game?

Ive never had to usr a guide to such extent as with the first Siren game. It becomes frustrating at one point. But overall amazing story and great experience. The Siren series is definitely challenging, particularly Siren and Siren 2 on Hard difficulty. Siren is a very original game but it shares a lot of elements with Silent Hill. It has time paradoxes and reality bending, so it’s very confusing, intentionally. The connection with the siren from Silent Hill is even clearer as the creator of Siren is Keiichiro Toyama, creative director of Silent Hill. H. O. R. Siro-Drone the same siren that is heard in the film can also be heard in The Mist.

Is Siren 1 or 2 better?

Forbidden Siren 2 did improve on most of the elements of the first game. Movement was snappier and combat was less stifled while the overall mood of the original game was largely intact with the new cast of characters and a story that played out in a similar fashion to the first game. The positive in Siren outweighs the negative, and for players willing to give the storyline and weaker gameplay elements a chance there’s one hell of a ride in store for them. Despite its unique approach though, the game is also very frustrating, and at times, feels more like work than like fun.
