Is Black Ops 2 plutonium free?
For real though, plutonium is a free version of Black Ops 2’s Multiplayer and Zombies on the PC that comes with all the DLC and has support for dedicated servers. As far as know playing on Plutonium and using the command Unlock All gives you every dlc for free including zombie maps.
