The Deadpool game was removed from all digital stores years ago.Its a simplistic, hacking the bad guys to death game that is fun to begin with admittedly. But without the hilarity that deadpool brings himself to cut scenes and in battle I’d probably have turned it off half way. Which Isa shame as there is a great game here. It just needed more substance.
Why is the Deadpool game no longer available?
Activision lost the license, so they can’t sell it, among other licensed games they published, like Spider-Man and Transformers. Don’t expect them to renew the license anytime soon or ever tbh. They did relist it once, but that was due to the movie coming out, and it receiving a PS4 and Xbox One port. Activision lost the Marvel license SIX MONTHS after this game came out, which meant all unsold physical copies had to be recalled, which is why it’s so uncommon. They did get an extension a year or so later, but that was only for digital stores, the physical copies didn’t get a reprint.
