Will Squadron 42 be a single-player?
Chris Roberts confirms that Star Citizen’s Squadron 42 will come out in 2026. Over time, Star Citizen players have had to learn to be very patient. This is particularly true of Squadron 42, the single-player campaign announced several years ago. It was originally scheduled for release in 2020. Squadron 42 is an offline single-player campaign set in the Star Citizen universe. SQ42 will feature a 70 mission campaign and will tie into Star Citizen should the player wish to do so.
