Is Telltale making games again?
Relaunch under LCG Entertainment (2018–present) Under the leadership of founders Jamie Ottilie (chief executive officer) and Brian Waddle (chief revenue officer), the new Telltale is set to re-release the old Telltale’s back-catalog, as well as work on new games based on Telltale-affiliated properties. LCG Entertainment had been able to acquire the rights to much of the original Telltale intellectual property (IP), including branding, games, and game licenses, and announced in August 2019 they would be bringing the old Telltale Games titles back. Is there a new Tales game coming?
The third entry in the project, Tales of Berseria Remastered, is scheduled for release in February 2026. Older entries in the franchise are set to be announced for remasters in 2026 as well. Tales of Berseria Remastered arrives on February 27th, 2026.
